FAQ
Can I trust FoodMe to select my meat, produce and other fresh foods?
Absolutely!! We shop for all of your items as if we are shopping for ourselves.  Our standards are extremely high and every item will be given our complete attention.

Do you shop at Costco or Sam's Club?
Yes. These stores usually do not carry the same brands or sizes as traditional grocery stores so please be as specific as possible when filling out your order.

What are your delivery hours?
Delivery can be scheduled for nearly any time of the day or night. This service is designed to make your life easier so we will do our very best to accommodate your schedule.

Do I need to be home to get my delivery?
Yes. If you are not there to receive your order it will be stored appropriately and may be subject to a re-delivery fee.

Can I change my delivery time after my order has been placed?
Yes. Although you must call at least 3 hours before your scheduled delivery time.  An email will not be accepted as a means to change a delivery time.

How does your substitution policy work?
You can choose not to have us substitute certain items or any of your items, otherwise we will follow these guidelines:
1. If you do not know the size or one is not listed we will select the medium size.
2. If you don't know the brand or one is not listed we will select one of good quality.
3. If the item you want is out of stock we will select the next size down of the specific item.  If the size cannot be changed we will substitute for a comparable brand.
4. If size or brand cannot be substituted we will delete the item from your order and let you know at the time of delivery.

How may I pay for my order?
Payment must be made at the time of delivery and can be done by cash, check or credit card.  Credit cards will be charged an additional 3% of the grocery total.

What if my order is not correct?
Please let us know as soon as you become aware of the mistake by giving us a call.  We will correct the error for you by returning or exchanging the item.  You may also decide to receive credit for the item on a future order.

Can I tip my personal shopper?
Tipping is entirely up to you.  It is greatly appreciated but completely optional.
